Whether you choose to use realistic text and images or stick with generic placeholders is up to you—but keep in mind, your clients will be viewing this as a template.

Showing them real or example content (instead of "Lorem Ipsum" or empty image blocks) makes a big difference, as it helps them better visualize their own site and see how the template can fit their specific needs.
