Gather your product information
To help you save time when adding your products, we recommend using the CSV template to organize (and then upload) your product details:
Step 1: Download the .CSV template
You can download it here in the course, or, if you've already added a store to your site, you can find the download button by going to Sell online > Product Catalog > Import > Select "Another platform" from the dropdown.
Tip
If you're a Google Drive user, know that you can open the .csv file in Google Sheets, edit it like a spreadsheet, and then export it back to a .csv when you're ready to upload your products.
Step 2: Begin filling out the template
Add your product titles, prices, and other information. Don't forget that you have the option to use AI to help you write product descriptions if you don't already have them written!
Step 3: Store this file in a safe place where you'll remember it later.
We'll review how to upload the file in the next course; again, this course is all about the prep work to ensure you'll have everything you need.
