Create a site template

We'll kick things off by building a flexible site template that serves as the blueprint for all your future projects. This template ensures consistency, so you can generate personalized client websites quickly and easily.

Build an intake form

Next, we'll create a user-friendly form to capture all the vital client information—business information, brand preferences, content, and whatever else you'd like. This form integrates seamlessly with your site template, enabling automatic population of data for faster project turnaround.

Automate the workflow with Zapier

We'll build a Zap in Zapier so a new Duda site will get automatically created once the form is submitted. Data from the  form will be pushed to Duda's content library and will then appear automatically in the new site—eliminating some of the manual data entry needs.

Notify your team + accelerate the approval process

Finally, we'll configure the automation to send an email to your designers once a site has been created. This lets them pick up the project from there, make any adjustments needed before the next call with the client, and shorten the time required to launch the site.
